*Each piece is washed, embossed, and laser distressed individually, so no two are identical. Variation in coating depth, surface sheen, creasing, and the placement and degree of whiskering is inherent to the process. A faint odor from the coating is normal and settles with airing.

Orders are dispatched by CJ Logistics within 2–3 business days of payment being confirmed. Domestic delivery is free. Jeju and remote island or mountainous areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
Exchanges & returns
Please register an exchange or return through My Page or customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior registration may be delayed in processing.
For a change-of-mind return, a KRW 5,000 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. For an exchange, Osmere covers the return leg — only the KRW 5,000 redelivery fee is payable on receipt of the replacement. Where an item is defective or the wrong item was sent, Osmere covers all shipping.
Exchanges and returns are not available for items showing signs of wear, washing, or damaged or missing tags and labels.
Care
On garments with a washed, coated, leather or hand-finished treatment, variation in colour between individual pieces, fine creasing and wrinkling, the natural smell of the material and variation in stitching are characteristics of that material and process. They are not defects.
Washing, distressing, wear, fray finishes and deliberately unfinished cuts and seams applied as part of the design are intrinsic design elements, and their position and degree differ from piece to piece.
Exchanges and returns are not available on these grounds. Where a genuine defect is confirmed, we will exchange or refund the item at our own cost.
